MATERIALS, WE USE

Pulp Products

We use only the finest raw materials, whose origin is verified by FSC certificates, to manufacture our products. Our pulp comes from various parts of the world—Brazil and Uruguay, Canada and Finland, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Properly processed fibers are blended in the required composition to achieve the best results in terms of paper softness and bulk.

The base paper is produced on a paper machine manufactured by A.Celli (Italy)—one of the leading manufacturers of such equipment. The production line incorporates unique solutions for web forming, drying, and gentle winding. The European quality of the equipment, combined with the expertise of our specialists, allows us to produce premium-quality paper with minimal use of natural resources and minimal environmental impact.

Recycled Paper Products

The production process begins with the inspection of raw materials (waste paper). Laboratory technicians specializing in physical and chemical analysis conduct the necessary tests in the wet section of the production line, including on the finished products. All monitored parameters are controlled in accordance with current regulatory documentation developed by the company.

Technological regulations and technical specifications have been established, according to which quality control is carried out at all stages of production. Compliance with all norms and standards in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation is also ensured. One of the key processes for ensuring the microbiological purity of the base paper is steaming and drying. Steam is heated to a temperature of 179 °C, through which all raw materials (recycled paper pulp) pass.
